Online Purchases

If you receive an item purchased from our online store that is defective or damaged, please contact us promptly upon receipt. We will gladly review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

To help us assist you efficiently, we may request:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the defective item, when applicable

 

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-defective online purchases.


In-Store Purchases

For items purchased in one of our store locations, returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect. Please bring your receipt and the item back to the store where it was purchased so our staff can assist you.

We encourage customers to carefully review items before purchase and to ask our team for guidance—we are always happy to help ensure you choose the right product for your project.


Sewing Machines, Special Orders & Clearance Items

Sewing machines, special orders, and clearance items are considered final sale, unless a manufacturing defect is present. Any warranty-related concerns will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
